John has presented both nationally and internationally on implant dentistry. He attends advanced seminars and hands-on courses regularly in the UK and internationally. John is committed to continued professional development.

Outside of dentistry John a one time marathon runner now enjoys less taxing sports such as mountain biking and more recently has started martial arts. He is a Padi qualified scuba diver and moderate only skier. Outside of sport John likes to spend time with his friends and two daughters and enjoys reading and walking his now slightly degenerate black Labrador. His idea of hosting a dinner party is to ask his guests to bring the food and he readily washes up. Culturally he enjoys concerts, the theatre and viewing art galleries and slightly remote travel such as in Nepal. In essence he enjoys a challenge never more so than in reconstructing his patients smile through dentistry and helping them to rebuild their confidence and self esteem.

Peter has attended multiple courses on endodontic and cosmetic dentistry both home and aboard. This has helped him to extend his many dental skills so that he can offer his patients the most up to date advice and treatment using new materials and techniques within modern dentistry.

In his spare time Peter is a keen golfer and cyclist. He is an advanced skier and needs no encouragement to spend time on the slopes with his family and friends. As a retired rugby player he now watches and encourages his two sons play the game.

Animals have always played a large part in his life and having two boys whose interests mimic his own, they have a large number of pets from dogs, hens and rabbits.

Peter has helped very many nervous patients over the last 30 years, overcoming their fears of dentists and dental treatment. He gets immense satisfaction from turning a dental phobic into a relaxed and happy patient.
